We are looking for Production Operatives to join our client in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
The position offers a salary of £23,965 per year and requires no prior experience as training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include assembling, inspecting, and packaging products in a clean room environment while adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team, with a good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Full personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, and applicants must be comfortable wearing it at all times.

Monday - Friday

10:00 -18:00

£23,965 per year.

Job Description:

We are seeking Production Operatives to work in Bicester Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting and packaging products in a clean room environment, due to the nature of the position no make-up or visible jewellery is allowed to be worn in the clean room environment, following strict hygiene and safety protocols .

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment and carry out production tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with clean room protocols.
Must wear FULL PPE at all times ( PPE provided).
Preform quality checks.
Report any problems / defects to the shift lead.
Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

Requirements :

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions / procedures.
Must speak and read English well.
Must be comfortable wearing PPE at ALL times.
Must be reliable, punctual, work well in a team.

Experience :

No experience necessary all training will be provided.
