Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Production Operative to join our ambient food warehouse team. You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, packing, labelling, and dispatch of food products stored at room temperature, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Profile

  • Pick, pack, and assemble ambient food products according to order specifications.
  • Operate basic machinery and packing equipment in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform accurate labelling and date coding of products for traceability and compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the warehouse, ensuring food safety standards are met.
  • Follow Health & Safety, HACCP, and company procedures at all times.
  • Report any quality, safety, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist in stock control, including rotation (FIFO), receiving goods, and replenishment tasks.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production and dispatch targets.
