Are you an experienced Audit professional looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact? Butler Rose is working exclusively on a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Audit Manager to join a thriving and ambitious accountancy firm based in Bicester. This is a 100% office-based position - perfect for someone who values close-knit team collaboration, face-to-face client engagement, and hands-on leadership.

This isn't your average compliance-focused role. You'll take full ownership of a varied portfolio worth up to £180k, providing expert insights and practical solutions to clients across a range of sectors. You'll be a key player in the firm's success-leading a high-performing team, shaping strategic direction, and building long-lasting relationships with business owners. What we're looking for:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with solid experience in UK audit within practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and tax
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team
  • Confident in managing relationships with SMEs and delivering a high-quality, solutions-focused service
  • Commercially minded, strategic thinker with a passion for making things better

Your role will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients, including planning, review, and final sign-off
  • Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to add value
  • Mentoring and developing team members to help them reach their potential
