You'll take full ownership of a varied portfolio worth up to £180k, providing expert insights and practical solutions to clients across a range of sectors. You'll be a key player in the firm's success-leading a high-performing team, shaping strategic direction, and building long-lasting relationships with business owners. What we're looking for:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with solid experience in UK audit within practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and tax
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Confident in managing relationships with SMEs and delivering a high-quality, solutions-focused service
- Commercially minded, strategic thinker with a passion for making things better
Your role will include:
- Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients, including planning, review, and final sign-off
- Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to add value
- Mentoring and developing team members to help them reach their potential
- Ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and compliance are consistently met
- Playing a key part in the firm's wider strategic and growth plans
