Production Operatives – Bicester
£14.69 per hour (Day Shifts) | £16.52 per hour (Night Shifts)
Rotating Shifts: 6am–2pm | 2pm–10pm | 10pm–6am
New Recruits are recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client based in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company offering long-term, full-time work.
Duties will include:
- Handling and carrying dry goods weighing up to 25kg
- Weighing and wrapping products to specification
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a fast-paced production team
Shifts & Pay:
- 6am–2pm: £14.69 per hour
- 2pm–10pm: £14.69 per hour
- 10pm–6am: £16.52 per hour
- Overtime available
Requirements:
- Ability to carry up to 25kg regularly
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Previous production or warehouse experience preferred but not essential
