We are recruiting on behalf of a private client for an energetic and unflappable Junior PA / Runner to support a busy household team, primarily based in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright graduate or early-career professional looking to break into the private PA world.
You’ll work closely with two experienced EAs, acting as their right hand—handling errands (post office runs, event support, general overflow tasks), assisting with travel prep, and helping manage two additional homes.
Key Requirements:
- Driver essential (car ideal but not a deal-breaker)
- Must be based within easy reach of the main property in Oxfordshire
- No WFH - this is an on-site, hands-on role
- Flexible attitude, robust and upbeat personality
- Willing to travel and occasionally work out-of-hours when principals are abroad
- Private household experience not required—but a genuine interest in the sector is essential
Start: Ideally within 2 weeks, but they will wait for the right person.
