Salary: £43,500 – £45,000 35% shift allowance (
Shifts:Â Nights Sunday night to Friday morning
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturer in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong electrical background and a good understanding of PLC systems.
Key Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer role:Â- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to minimise downtime.
- Multi-skilled engineering experience (electrical bias preferred).
- Strong understanding of PLC systems.
- Ability to work early and late shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Competitive salary up to £60,000 including shift allowance.
