An interesting opportunity has arisen within a company striving for ingenuity and continuously growing as an Office Administrator.

Working in a team the main duties of your role will be to complete daily administration. Showing extensive product knowledge, arranging appointments, manage correspondence and be a point of contact for HR issues.

Hours of work will consist of 09:00am-17:30pm Monday to Friday and offers £25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.

Duties of the role:

  • Managing and dealing with HR issues and requirements.
  • Complete bookings an finalise meetings.
  • Prepare and refine PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintaining the company database and updating as required.
  • Building good product knowledge regarding the company’s products and any new products

introduced in to the range.

  • Contribute to organisation of staff lunches and events.
  • Liaise with providers.
  • Assisting with administration for additional departments when required.

You must:

  • Have great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Show excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Work well as a team, supporting the other members of staff.
  • Display strong reliability and discretion.
  • Be computer literate and understand basic numeracy.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Outlook.
