Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a Tier 1 contractor in the recruitment of a Mechanical Supervisor to join their team in Bicester.
Your New Role
You will have experience in the installation and inspection of a range of mechanical systems including fire hydrants, hot and cold-water systems, above-ground drainage systems, sanitaryware, underfloor heating, air conditioning, air source heat pumps, water tanks, pipework, AHU's, MVHR's, fire dampers, smoke dampers and ventilation.
You will ensure subcontractors have completed point of work risk assessments, method statements, risk assessments, quality inspection and test plans, report site safety observations as well as inspection of the installed works, completion and sign off of quality inspection records.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will have previous mechanical supervisory experience across a range of mechanical projects, knowledge of health and safety regulations as well as CDM knowledge and be able to pass additional compliance checks.
What You'll Get In Return
This role is being offered at a daily rate between 400 - 450 per day umbrella until the end of March initially.
