This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in recruitment. Working closely with senior members of the team, you’ll support live searches across a range of technical and commercial roles.

You'll play a key part in identifying talent, building relationships, and helping deliver a great experience to both candidates and clients. Along with a salary between £25,000 to £30,000 pa you will also receive commission based on targets achieved.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

· Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for roles

· Supporting client searches from entry-level to executive hires

· Attending regular client update meetings and understanding hiring priorities

· Maintaining accurate candidate and job data

· Learning and applying recruitment best practices with a focus on candidate experience

· Researching industry trends and market insights to support client work

· Supporting marketing and outreach campaigns to attract top talent

· Participating in internal projects and training sessions to accelerate your learning

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities

· High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great service

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Interest in media, technology or recruitment is a bonus

· Confident using Microsoft Office and online communication tools

· Ability to work independently with support from a remote-first team
