We are recruiting for our client a leading manufacturer in the Plymouth area who arecommitted to delivering high-quality products totheir customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to jointheir team as Factory Operative on a temp to perm basis.
Working 30hrs per week - Monday to Thursday 7am - 3pm, pay rate of 12.21 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist with the assembly and packaging of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right person and will bebased on performance.
