My client is a equipment importer and distributor with an established presence and strong proven history in their sector across the UK.
They are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team to assist in overseeing operations at their fulfilment centre in Warwickshire.
Salary range from 30,000 to 35,000 per annum, depending upon experience plus benefits package.
Hours of work are 8.45am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.
- Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate records through ERP transactions.
- Manual handling and unloading of containers from overseas suppliers
- Supervising a small warehouse team
- Fork lift truck driving
- Checking invoices for inbound/outbound loads and reporting discrepancies
Requirements:
- Strong supervisory experience within warehousing.
- Proficient in the use of computers and standard office software
- Proficiency in warehouse procedures and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide feedback.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential and Bendi licence would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Must have a hands-on approach and be willing to work with the team.
