We have an exciting opportunity After Sales Supervisor based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Summary of the After Sales Supervisor role
Salary: £44,000 - £52,000 per annum
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 42 hours Monday - Friday
Responsibilities of the After Sales Supervisor
- Supervise Field Service Engineers' time and workloads, including opening/closing of jobs, processing timesheets and inspection reports.
- Monitor the Engineer's time.
- Ensure parts are returned, cleaned, labelled and documented correctly.
- Communicate with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate the delivery of spare parts.
- Ensure WIP and KPIs are met and maintained.
- Organise subcontractors when supporting customers or engineers.
- Manage the team, including conducting appraisals, return to work interviews and performance reviews.
Requirements for a successful After Sales Supervisor
- Technical background within the plant, construction or agriculture industry.
- Proven Supervisory experience within a similar role.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Experience liaising with and managing Engineers' time and workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
