- Supervise and support Field Service Engineers across job scheduling, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate aftersales activities including spare parts, warranty returns, logistics, and site visits
- Conduct site-specific safety checks and provide field support for technical or safety-related issues
The Candidate
- Background in Plant, Agricultural, Construction, or Heavy Machinery industries
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience desirable
- Service or technical experience
