Are you an experienced Manual Miller or CNC Operator looking to join a dedicated and innovative team? We’re seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support the production of high-quality components for use in precision-engineered equipment.

Key Responsibilities of the CNC Operator

• Set up and operate various manual lathes and mills.
• Operate CNC router (training provided if needed).
• Prepare materials for machining processes
• Produce intricate components for quality-critical applications
• Conduct in-process inspections using hand measuring instruments

Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a manual miller.
• CNC operating and setting experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and self-motivation.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.

• Apprentice trained or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a machine shop.
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
