The Role

Join a dynamic finance team as Finance Manager. This hybrid role offers genuine variety - from statutory reporting to business partnering. You'll support the Financial Controller across financial operations, compliance, and strategic analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage group financial reporting and data requests
Maintain internal controls and IFRS/FRS102 compliance
Business partner to department heads with monthly reporting
Conduct product/service financial analysis and identify opportunities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles
Handle statutory reporting and external audit liaison
Manage corporate tax submissions and balance sheet reconciliations

What We're Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Strong technical accounting and statutory reporting experience
Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
Business services or manufacturing background preferred
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
