Location is Biggleswade, Bedfordshire - based full time in the office - easily commutable from Bedford, Stevenage, etc. 

So what's the gig?

  • Payroll processing including submissions to the payroll bureau, HMRC, pension and benefits providers, etc.
  • Calculations for holiday, sickness, pension, salary sacrifice and other adjustments
  • Payroll reporting and reconciliations, gathering data for recharges, etc.
  • Support with month and year end finance and accounting activities
  • Analyse HR & Payroll data including headcount, turnover, labour costs, recruitment spend, etc.

Ideally you'll have worked in a similar organisation such as manufacturing or warehousing, distribution, logistics or other industrial setting.
