HR Administrator

Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an HR Administrator based in Biggleswade for a multinational engineering company.

Summary of the HR Administrator role…

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
Location:  Biggleswade
Type of Contract: 12 Month fixed term contract
Hours: 40 hour working week Monday – Friday

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

• Produce and update HR reports, including absence reports, annual leave and labour turnover.
• Work on HR projects.
• Create and maintain employee files.
• Produce contracts and update details for employees and new starters.
• Support with the interview process and documentation.
• Ensure HR systems are up to date.

Requirements for a successful HR Administrator:

• Previous HR admin experience.
• CIPD level 3 qualified would be advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of apprentices and the apprenticeship levy.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills with proficiency with HR systems and reports.
