Commercial Property Solicitor – Head of Department
Locations:Â Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire or Essex
Our client is a multidiscipline law firm with offices in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and London. This is an exciting opportunity to join the firm as Head of Commercial Property, this role can be worked from any of the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire or Essex offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Freehold and leasehold commercial property sales and purchases
- Acquisition of future commercial and residential development sitesÂ
- New leases for both landlords and tenants
- Manage and oversee the growth of the existing Commercial Property Team
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 7PQE
- Previous experience of supervising members of a team
- Willingness to drive forward with business development activities
This is a great opportunity for someone who is working at Senior Associate level and frustrated with the lack of progression opportunities available to them, or a Partner that is keen to shape a commercial property department with their own footprint.
