Engineering Manager
Salary: £60,000 + Bonus
Location: Biggleswade
An Excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Engineering Manager to work for a blue chip multi national FMCG manufacturing company based near Biggleswade. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 8-10 multi skilled engineers in a very fast paced production factory. The role will be 90% management and 10% hands on and the ideal candidate needs to have very strong man management and leadership skills.
Skills required for the Engineering Manager:
- Man Management of 8-12 Multi Skilled Engineers
- Planning and organizing engineering activities across the site
- Driven my Improvements, Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5s
- Experience in managing Budgets
- Managing the Health and Safety on site
- Either bias, with a technical background
- Continuous improvements and Reliability focused
