  • Communicating with French-speaking clients via email (and occasionally by phone)
  • Resolving logistics and delivery issues
  • Handling inbound and outbound logistics documentation
  • Logging orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with UK-based showrooms and colleagues
  • Supporting a high-demand client account with a focus on service and accuracy
