You’ll manage a caseload of around 70 people referred via the Job Centre — typically individuals who need a bit of extra guidance, structure, or practical help to get back into employment.Day-to-day, you might:
  • Help someone build or improve their CV
  • Talk through local opportunities that match their career goals
  • Liaise with local employers to connect them to job-ready participants
  • Refer people to confidence-building or training support
  • Remove practical barriers — such as arranging travel or workwear for interviews
