About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team. The role will involve cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard, ensuring they are safe, hygienic, and welcoming for all.
Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning communal areas such as corridors, stairwells, entrances, and shared facilities

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely

Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues

Following cleaning schedules and ensuring high standards at all times
Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential (training provided)

Good attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
