Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy regional office team based in Billericay.

Administrator - Role Overview
- Provide professional reception and administration support to the office and project teams
- Manage meeting rooms, prepare conference facilities and support client visits
- Carry out general and audio typing tasks, including minute taking and correspondence
- Prepare client invoices and coordinate sub-consultant paperwork and purchase orders in the MIS
- Set up new projects, maintain filing/archiving and update the CRM with client and fee information
- Coordinate diary management, organise meetings and follow up actions as required
- Support document circulation, reporting and administrative processes across the practice
Administrator - Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role within a professional services environment
- GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge (including formulas)
- Intermediate audio-typing and electronic dictation experience desirable
- Highly organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer service mindset
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and support the wider team
