A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to join one of the UK's leading and most reputable consultancies within their industry. This role will be based within the Billericay area. Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to small scale design and construction work. With exciting projects in the pipeline this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to progress their career with a leading consultancy.
This role seeks an individual who has good knowledge of both AutoCAD and Revit software and are open to any project experience. Our client is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist with excellent construction detailing knowledge and experience with running a project from feasibility to completion. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist who successfully secures this exciting new opportunity should have the ability to showcase their experience through a detailed portfolio.
Senior Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits- Salary £40,000 - £48,000 (DOE)

- Understand client requirements and develop briefs
- Produce working drawings, plans, design drawings and pre-tender estimates
- Prepare building regulation and planning applications
- Liaise with Clients and other professionals
- Produce feasibility reports
- Working a project through all RIBA Stages
- Attend sites and project meetings
- Use Revit on a daily basis
- Proficient with the use of AutoCAD and Revit
- 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist / Technician
- Excellent knowledge of construction detailing
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Live in or around the Colchester area
- Relevant Degree Qualified - MCIAT Qualification; advantageous
- Professional experience within the Residential sector; Advantageous
- Experience of running projects from feasibility to completion
