The Role: A rare opportunity for a Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to work in their Shenfield Office (hybrid acceptable but must be able to commute into London and Essex) has been made available due to increased workload and company growth. This is a perfect position for a surveyor who has the ability and passion to progress their career within a multi-faceted company with drive, ambition and quality staff.  You will be working in various sectors, which will include residential and commercial. The ambition and strategy are for the ideal candidate to manage, mentor and grow a team under their supervision.

Who they’re looking for:  Ideally, you will be an enthusiastic building surveyor, preferably chartered or near chartered, with experience covering duties such as project management/contract administration, building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports.  Experience in both residential and commercial, and a positive proactive approach, will ensure you will be able to hit the ground running.
