Vacancy: GRADUATE BUILDING SURVEYOR – Property Professional / Surveyor

Salary: OTE £60k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client, a respected property consultancy based in Essex, is seeking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor to carry out building surveys.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is eager to kickstart their career in building surveying and receive full support while working towards their APC. The successful candidate will join a team that delivers a diverse range of services, ensuring exposure to an exciting variety of challenging and inspiring projects.
The role will involve undertaking surveys and site inspections, producing detailed reports, creating plans using AutoCAD, and assisting with project management and contract administration duties. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior team members and gain valuable insight into more complex work.

Skills required for this Graduate Building Surveyor role will include:
- Prefer a Degree in Building Surveying – RICS Accredited
- Assoc RICS qualification
- Working toward APC
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
