CNC Miller
Location: Billericay, Basildon area
Employment Type: Permanent
Pay Rate Guide: 16 - 18 p/hr, with overtime rate
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller, Setter Operator to join this established precision sub-contracting engineering company. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
Main Duties:
- Configure and run CNC milling machines based on specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance production efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Miller, Setter Operator
- Any programming experience beneficial
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- High attention to detail and precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
Working Hours:
- 39 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
