We are looking for an talentedCNCMiller, Programmer Setter Operator to join this established precision sub-contracting engineering company. The role involves programming, setting up, operating, and maintainingCNCmilling machines to produce high-quality parts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background inCNCmilling and demonstrate expertise in utilising advanced machining techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operateCNCmilling machines with a focus on optimal quality and efficiency.
- Utilise Fusion CAD/CAM software for the design and manufacturing process.
- Operate both Haas and Siemens controls effectively.
- Perform complex machining tasks on 5 Axis machines, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce components to exact specifications.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and innovate in the manufacturing process.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in programming and operatingCNCmilling machines.
- Proficiency in using Fusion CAD/CAM software ( Training can be provided )
- Competency with Haas and Siemens machine controls.
- Experience with 5 Axis machining is essential.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
