A growing construction and refurbishment services provider is seeking an experienced Responsive Repairs Co-Ordinator to join their team in Billericay. This role is perfect for someone with a background in social housing repairs or property maintenance, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage repair works for residential, commercial, and industrial properties

Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and follow-up on completed works

Maintain accurate records of repair requests and job progress

Communicate with contractors and in-house teams to ensure timely completion

Track and report on ongoing repairs and related costs

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Ensure compliance with company and health & safety policies
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year’s experience in repairs and maintenance (required)

Experience in social housing or construction environments preferred

Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Knowledge of responsive repairs or facilities management is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
