A growing construction and refurbishment services provider is seeking an experienced Responsive Repairs Co-Ordinator to join their team in Billericay. This role is perfect for someone with a background in social housing repairs or property maintenance, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage repair works for residential, commercial, and industrial properties

  • Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and follow-up on completed works

  • Maintain accurate records of repair requests and job progress

  • Communicate with contractors and in-house teams to ensure timely completion

  • Track and report on ongoing repairs and related costs

  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

  • Ensure compliance with company and health & safety policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in repairs and maintenance (required)

  • Experience in social housing or construction environments preferred

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling software

  • Knowledge of responsive repairs or facilities management is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
