We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Basildon on a part-time basis. This role involves scheduling appointments, liaising with clients and subcontractors to meet Service Level Agreements, and ensuring materials are ready for appointments. Who are you?

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong administration, organisational & communication skills
  • Experience in repairs & maintenance or trade-based background
  • What are you going to do?
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and supervisors to schedule appointments.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Liaise with supervisory teams and buyers to ensure materials are ready.
  • Use the MSi system to schedule operatives and subcontractors.
  • Discuss complex repairs and deal with demanding customers.
