A PA (Personal Assistant) is required for our client, a leading Air Conditioning and Mechanical company known for delivering comprehensive design, installation, service, and maintenance solutions to a broad client base. Due to the ongoing success and steady growth of the business, the Director is now seeking to add a Personal Assistant to the team
The PA must be someone with excellent communication and multitasking skills, who can handle sensitive information with discretion and provide seamless administrative support. The successful candidate will act as a gatekeeper, problem solver, and key liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additional support to other business units may be required.

PA to Director Salary & Benefits
- 30,000 per annum - pro rata if part time
- Availability to work from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
- 21 days of annual leave plus bank holiday
