Customer Care Advisor
You will be first point of contact for Help Desk enquiries which will relate to product information, service issues, or general installation enquiries.
With an ever-increasing customer base means telephone and online queries/issues have to be dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
We require the Customer Care Advisor candidate to:
- Acting as the first point of contact for service desk requests via phone, email, and service desk.
- Managing tickets in the service desk system, taking ownership of calls through to resolution and be proactive with all customers.
- Providing a high degree of customer service for all support queries
- General administrative duties, including general data input and customer database.
- Arranging collections and replacements with warehouse department.
- Helping in warehouse where needed.
What are we looking for in Customer Care Advisor Candidate
- Enthusiasm for customer service and the willing to help people.
- An experienced multi-tasker, Ideally with experience of basic plumbing, if possible! but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team, sometimes under pressure.
- Organisation skills and basic computer skills are needed.
- Experience in spreadsheets is an advantage
