What We’re Looking For:

The preferred candidate will have prior experience as a lettings lister or as a negotiator looking for their next step.
Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.

Your Role:

Win new listings and gain instructions for properties to market.
Generate and book valuations.
Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
Administer tenancies (with support).
Provide outstanding customer service.
