- Assisting the training, support, mentoring, and supervision of staff

- Acting as a named coordinator relevant to their skills or training
- Safeguarding and supervising children at all times
- Forming strong partnerships with parents and providing daily feedback
- Taking on key worker responsibilities, including observing and planning for children's needs
- Adhering to nursery policies and procedures
- Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Ability to work within the Baby or Toddler Room
- Previous experience working in a nursery environment
- Passion for working in Early Years Education
- Full Time (40 hours a week)
- Over 4 or 5 days per week
