We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.
We are looking for Plumbers to join our team in Basildon.
About the Role: Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll primarily carry out repairs to void properties. You'll demonstrate your competence to multi-skill outside your core trade, to include minor plumbing works, carpentry, tiling, etc. You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You: Candidates will hold a City and Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 in plumbing, with excellent working Health & Safety knowledge and ideally hold a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card. With previous experience within a similar role, you'll have the ability to frame the bath and install bath panel and operate small hand tools. You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
Benefits:
- Salary: 34,000 - 35,000 per annum
