You’ll be supporting the finance department with purchase ledger duties, supplier management, and financial administration across multiple entities. This includes:
- Managing accounts payable queries
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and utility bills
- Handling daily cash banking and petty cash reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs and supplier statement reviews
- Assisting with financial processes in line with the finance calendar
The Person:
We’re keen to speak to candidates who have:
- Previous experience in a finance department with high-volume data input
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Sage 50, Excel (intermediate to advanced), and Microsoft Word
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive and trustworthy approach to work
- Experience in the hospitality or construction sectors and knowledge of CIS/IR35, would be a bonus but not essential.
