You’ll be supporting the finance department with purchase ledger duties, supplier management, and financial administration across multiple entities. This includes:

  • Managing accounts payable queries
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and utility bills
  • Handling daily cash banking and petty cash reconciliations
  • Preparing payment runs and supplier statement reviews
  • Assisting with financial processes in line with the finance calendar

The Person:

We’re keen to speak to candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in a finance department with high-volume data input
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Sage 50, Excel (intermediate to advanced), and Microsoft Word
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive and trustworthy approach to work
  • Experience in the hospitality or construction sectors and knowledge of CIS/IR35, would be a bonus but not essential.
