We are seeking a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join this leading North East law firm.

Job description:

This role is perfect for someone with secretarial experience who is looking to advance their legal career. This firm offers great career progression and recognition for growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and amending contracts, leases, and property-related documents.

  • Preparing and submitting applications to HM Land Registry and Stamp Duty Land Tax forms.

  • Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties.

  • Opening, maintaining, and closing files, both digitally and in hard copy.

  • Coordinating key dates, appointments, and meetings for fee earners.

  • Handling correspondence, scanning, filing, and general office duties.

  • Assisting with time recording, invoice preparation, and financial transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Commercial Property experience is desirable
  • Secretarial experience is essential
