Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in the production of management accounts and budgets.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Experience in preparing financial reports and management accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
