Business Administrator START ASAP!! (Full-Time | Part-Time Flexibility Available)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator to support our team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role offers flexibility for the right candidate and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digitise and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other engagements.
  • Manage incoming calls and monitor the shared inbox, responding promptly and courteously.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing administrative needs.
  • Collate and submit employee working hours to the payroll team for payslip processing.
  • Show a willingness to learn and develop professionally within the organisation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team and management as required.
