Key Responsibilities:
- Digitise and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other engagements.
- Manage incoming calls and monitor the shared inbox, responding promptly and courteously.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing administrative needs.
- Collate and submit employee working hours to the payroll team for payslip processing.
- Show a willingness to learn and develop professionally within the organisation.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team and management as required.
