GEM Partnership is recruiting for a client in Wynyard, Billingham, seeking ambitious individuals from any background.
The role involves FLT Reach Driving, loading and unloading wagons, order picking, and basic warehouse duties.
Candidates must have essential Reach FLT experience and the ability to pass pre-induction Literacy and Numeracy Tests.
The position offers a pay rate of £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.71 after training completion, with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 06:00 am to 18:00 pm.
Flexibility in working hours and teamwork skills are required for this role.

Duties

FLT Reach Driving
Loading / unloading wagons
Order picking
Packing / un-boxing products
Bagging and tagging clothing
Scanning incoming & outgoing products
Quality inspection
Basic warehouse duties & housekeeping

Required knowledge, skills or experience

Reach FLT (not Counterbalance) experience is essential
Must be able to pass pre - induction Literacy and Numeracy Tests.
Flexibility in working hours during busy periods.
Ability to work in an organized manner, cleaning as you go.
Team work.

Rates of pay:

£12.71 per hour, rising to £13.71 after completion of training
