Wynyard Park Ltd is seeking a motivated Administrative Finance Assistant to join a fast-paced very successful group of companies in Teesside.  The role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in finance within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities are as follows 
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. 
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases. 
  • Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities. 
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers. 
  • Assist with credit control and reconciliations. 
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed including filing, post room duties, scanning and photocopying, booking travel and processing mileage claims. 
Potential candidates should meet some of the following criteria
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • An ambition or already working towards AAT qualifications 
  • Good experience of Excel
