- Finance Assistant
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.Â
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and efficiently.Â
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.Â
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.Â
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers.Â
- Assist with credit control and reconciliations.Â
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed including filing, post room duties, scanning and photocopying, booking travel and processing mileage claims.Â
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Â
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Â
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Â
- An ambition to or already working towards AAT qualificationsÂ
- Sage Line50 or Xero experience (beneficial)Â
