Client Details
A well established but growing organisation based in the Billingshurst area are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger and Credit Controller for a fixed term maternity cover contract lasting circa 12 months.
Description
As Sales Ledger and Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Invoicing daily for any sales orders that have been dispatched
- Reconcile bank statement and post customer payments
- Maintaining the customer details and making changes as required
- Carrying out credit checks on new and existing customers as required
- Dealing with customer queries and investigating claims and disputes with customers and resolving or elevating as required.
- Chasing customers for payment of debts as they fall due.
- Make sure customers stay within their credit limit and request payments when necessary.
- Reconciling your sales ledger on a monthly basis
Profile
- Credit control and sales ledger experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel to intermediate/high level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical approach & problem solver
- Numeracy skills & attention to detail essential
