As a Deputy Home Manager, you will:
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
- Ensure care reflects residents' wishes, choices, and wellbeing.
- Maintain high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards.
- Lead and motivate the staff team through supervision and training.
- Oversee the monthly rota for safe staffing levels.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal resident outcomes.
The Deputy Home Manager role includes:
- Annual salary of 50,000 to 60,000.
