With a workshop team of 8-10 operatives with skills in sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, polishing, they are looking for an experienced production manager to take over and improve systems and efficiencies the production process.
With an understanding of working with ERP and SAP systems, working with sales divisions and purchasing divisions to organise and streamline operations you will be playing a key role in helping to grow the 1M turnover over the next few years.
You will already have a manufacturing and engineering background, with demonstrable skills in managing a production department.
You will know about manufacturing efficiencies and processes (Lean Management, Six Sigma, ISO9001), have management experience and have a motivational, positive, can do approach to solving problems.
This is a growing, niche company where orders are currently outperforming production and in need of an experienced manager to rectify this.
