Our client, a well-established and dynamic signage company based in West Sussex, is seeking a skilled Sign Maker / Production All-Rounder to join their production team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sign professional who enjoys working across a wide range of production processes and is looking to join a supportive, fast-paced environment.
The Role:As a Sign Maker / Production All-Rounder, you will be involved in all aspects of the production process, from design and preparation through to finishing and assembly. You will use your technical skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality signage across a variety of formats and materials.
Key Responsibilities:Preparing artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Operating large-format digital printers and finishing equipment
Vinyl cutting, weeding, and application to a range of substrates and surfaces
Operating a CNC machine for cutting and shaping materials
Laminating, mounting, and finishing signage to a high standard
Supporting the wider production team with assembly, fabrication, and general workshop duties
Ensuring all work is carried out accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines
Previous experience in a sign-making or production environment
Strong knowledge of Adobe software
Practical experience with vinyl application and installation techniques
Confident in CNC operation, printing, and laminating
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
