Our client, a well-established business within the Bilston area is currently on the look out for a Road Attendant to join their fast-paced establishment. As a Road Attendant, you will be faced with a range of duties to ensure all vehicles are complying with parking regulations.

Main responsibilities (not limited to)

-Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure company drivers do not park in front of residential homes.

-Communicate proactively with drivers to redirect them to appropriate parking areas when necessary.

-Coordinate with dispatch and management to relay parking issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

-Educate drivers about local parking regulations and company expectations regarding parking conduct.

-Document any incidents of improper parking and report violations to management.

-Serve as a liaison between the company, drivers, and residents to address parking concerns professionally.

-Assist in managing traffic flow around company facilities and loading/unloading zones to minimize disruption.

-Provide timely updates and reminders to drivers regarding parking restrictions in residential areas.

-Maintain awareness of local laws and ordinances related to parking and traffic enforcement.

-Support company efforts to maintain positive community relations by preventing parking-related complaints.

Person specification:

Good communication skills to talk to drivers and residents.
Friendly and polite with people.
Pays attention to detail and notices parking issues.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to walk and patrol outside for long periods.
Basic knowledge of local parking rules (preferred).
Keeps clear records of any problems.
Works well with others.
