We are currently seeking skilledFabricatorsto join their growing team in the Bilston area.

If you're experienced in fabrication and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

You will be responsible for Assembling and Fabricating mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a manufacturing organisation.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday 2 Shift Rotation
  • AM - Monday to Thursday 05:45 till 14:00 & Friday 05:45 till 11:45
  • PM Monday to Thursday 14:15 till 22:30 & Friday 12:00 till 18:00

Rate of Pay:

  • £15.93 per hour (AM Shift)
  • £17.38 per hour (PM Shift Inc Shift Allowance)
  • Piece Work + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricating highway products and infrastructures according to specifications and industry standards
  • Operating an overhead crane to lift, move, and position materials as needed
  • Reading and interpret drawings to determine project requirements
  • Inspecting finished products for quality and ensuring they meet specifications
  • Maintaining and performing routine checks on welding and fabricating equipment
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work area

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have steel fabrication experience
  • Must be able to read drawings
  • Experience with operating overhead cranes preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a fabrication environment
